- Most print jobs can take between a few days and up to one week to complete
- Please specify the timing your job requires.

Delivery, Shipping, Pick Up Orders
- Media / Priority Mail options are available for shipping and all additional costs will be added to your final invoice
- You can also pick up your orders in person at no fee
Paper Finish Options
- Paper and finishing options are GLOSS, MATTE, COATED
- Paper types are : THIN, MEDIUM or THICK paper stock
- CARDSTOCK is also available
- Please specify all details with order - example: "medium paper with gloss finish"; "24 point paper with matte finish"; "heavy cardstock with coated finish"; etc...

Submitting Artwork
- Artwork specifications: CMYK, 300 DPI minimum, 1/8" bleed,
- Identify any spot colors to be printed
- Preferred file type is PDF
- PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT RGB FILE TYPES
- PLEASE USE TEMPLATES when available (see above)
